Everything was good, but I have some feedback. It would be great to have an electrical socket next to the bed. Also, the washer closet is really slow.

The beach is dirty and full of waste. You cannot swim. The bathroom is open / outside so you have so much animals in your room. Mosquitoes comes under the doors and ants in the bed, so much spider webs under the mattress and reptiles and spider in the bathroom. After a complaint at the reception the management told me they spray every day-not so healthy. The employees and the management are very friendly but the bungalows are not really clean and old. I have had also white moulds on my wall beside the bathroom. Then I had to pay 2 breakfast due I was allone and have booked for me allone. This is not legal to pay tax and breakfast and give not a refund as Trip.com asked for the tax and breakfast refund.

Had a great time there, hotel could get a touch up. Restaurant has very tasty food and fresh juices! Staff was very friendly.

This was a hotel that matches the picture. The territory is beautiful, well-kept. The only thing that confused me was the declared area of the room 🧐, it seemed much smaller to me in fact, no 80 sq.m. Going out to sea is not provided or you need to overcome an obstacle course in the form of a slippery pontoon or crawl among boats, dogs and local curious guys looking at girls in bathing suits with the obligatory comments in the local language. The service is at a level: the hotel staff is always ready to help and go to meet. BUT! Breakfast is a buffet, not for guests but for flies, they are all over the products: bread, pastries, fruits, vegetables, juices. I had to eat only eggs and toast. For 2 nights, a huge rat came to visit - gnawed through the roof and entered. At 3 am we had to change the room and move. The next night at 2:30 a huge spider came, they said that it was not dangerous, but we did not want to sleep with it in the room. As a result, all nights in the hotel without sleep. The hotel staff, of course, promptly moved us, exterminated the spider, gave us a discount on the massage (which was wonderful, by the way, in the hotel's SPA area) and provided a late check-out. However, we will not come to this hotel again. For comparison, there is a 2* hotel nearby and there were no problems there during long and repeated stays.

Friendly staff, old but clean room.
But it's too old. It looks like it needs remodeling.
Taxi fare from the airport is 80,000 won.
Taxi fare from Ubud is about 50,000 won.
The way out of the hotel is a quiet rural village where Grab is not easily available.
I was planning to stay for a few days before going to Gili, but I think I made a bad choice.

Very good hotel. One of the best in Candidasa. Thanks to the staff for their attention. Breakfasts with a view of the sea. In the evening delicious food in the restaurant near the sea. Clean rooms.
