Booked a double room and was upgraded to three room. Living space was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Location was near the metro on 一号线, near to most places of interest in Beijing, which was very convenient for travelling. There were also many upscale shopping malls around with affordable restaurants. There’s even a beautiful gym and spacious playing room for kids! Wonderful for families, will definitely stay again next time we are in Beijing. Do note that a deposit CNY2000 is required at check in.

Superb excellent services. Location of hotel is next to subway station accessible to everywhere.
Concierge, counter staffs and housekeeping are ever so helpful and prompt to requests.
Being a long term stayer, they even took initiative of going extra mile to provide additional mineral water so you do not need to ask.
Counter checking in is a breeze and they are ever so polite and ever accommodating with no questions asked. Although they do not converse well / read business English, they made the effort to assist you.
Ms Jenny personifies excellent Chinese hospitality. I will miss the friendly ppl of China. Brb

Very convenient place with little robot help deliver order food to the room. Beside a mall lots of food choice available. Apartment are super clean and new.

We are a family of 5 and struggled to find suitable accommodation. We found Orientino and decided to give it a try. We were DEFINITELY not disappointed. It is an amazing services apartment with all the needs - washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, dinning room etc...
Given we were upgraded to the 3 bedroom apartment but if the two bedroom apartment is anything to go by, its awesome. Breakfast is good and within walking distance to convenience stores and coffee shops etc.. (not in the attached mall which is only for exclusive brands).
Will definitely come back.

Best hotel we have ever stayed. We have stayed many hotels around the globe. This is definitely the best. The service, cleaning, food, location are all top notch. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Beijing next time. All The receptionists are nice, polite. We arrived super early because of the flight and with two young children. They even allow us to check in earlier without extra cost. We are motel owners overseas. We know early check-in without a charge rarely happens anywhere in other countries. Thank you so much for your fantastic services.

We really enjoyed our stay! This is definitely family friendly places. We have a two and six years old. Loved the buffet breakfast (excellent view), gym facilities (Pilates reformer) and the overall services! Special shout out to Monica (reception) to cleaning staff (徐保安）!
We will definitely stay here again!
