Everything is smooth and nice except for customer service too particular about rules n regulations. We even required to clear our debris and dispose of it to the designated point. Worth for value.

The location of the hotel is in the city center. Quite difficult for those who don’t have a car. However, it is easy to get a Grab. Just wait for 5 minutes to get a Grab. Very near to KLCC. Take about 15 minutes by foot to reach there. Nice and cosy place. The room is super and clean but but needs to be improved on the condition of the room. Overall, if you intend to stay for relaxing and roaming around by walking, this is the place.

Overall it was a great stay. The room we chose had a view of Twin Towers. The rooftop swimming pool and gym also have the views.
Pros: Room with amenities. Great view. Great bathtub. Dyson hairdryer. Free parking
Cons: complicated check in process. Park lot at high level, need to turn many rounds up.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location near the landmarks of Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are located on the almost top floors and offer a beautiful view of the city. The common area has a swimming pool with a panoramic view of the entire city. The rooms are comfortable and have complete facilities.

Walking to twin tower only about 7mins,and there is a sky swimming pool,it's a good view. The room I forgot to take pictures,but is clean big and comfortable.

The hotel location is quite good, 10 minutes walk to the center. Check in was pretty quick around 4 am . the cleanliness of the room was average
