Very nice. I sleep well. Air quality is very good. Amenities is ample. The interior is new well planned and functional for basic needs. The balcony is a must for social gather and drinking.

pros: rooms have water dispenser (can dispense hot water as well)
cons: the water dispenser makes noise and it's pretty loud

The hotel only look nice at night ..nothing much in the day as its location was surrounded with condo and no view .
The price seems overpriced not worth the value .
The one at marina bay was much more better than this at orchard
The Aircon was not cold and internet connection was poor at room 708 last room far end corner .
Only upside was the breakfast was good .

Everything in order but something need to improve……
- Room service calling need to waiting someone pick up the phone from 10pm to 10:25pm, really a big joke 25mins 5 star hotel??
- Potter service reason give too crowded, need to wait 30mins, end up need to go down myself inform, because nobody pick the room service again………
