Prem’s

Prem’s is the most economical fare class offered by SNCF, with prices starting as low as €15. While this option is ideal for budget travellers, these tickets have limited flexibility: they are refundable under certain conditions and can only be exchanged up until train departure (and may incur a fee). Prem’s tickets are best for travellers with fixed travel plans and a preference for savings

Seconde

The Seconde class ticket provides a balance between affordability and flexibility, allowing exchanges or refunds up to departure with potential fees.   • How much does it cost for children to travel on TGV INOUI trains?

    With TGV INOUI, children under four years old can travel free of charge on your lap or in their baby carrier if you are an adult with a valid ticket. However, if you prefer your child to have a seat of their own, you can opt for the €9 Toddler Package. Meanwhile, children under 12 years old can benefit from a reduced children's rate.

  • Are pets allowed on TGV INOUI trains?

    Yes, pets are allowed on TGV INOUI trains with a €7 charge, except for guide dogs, which can travel for free. Here are guidelines for travelling with pets:

    For small pets under six kilos: they must be placed in a closed bag or basket with maximum dimensions of 45 cm x 25 cm.

    For pets over six kilos: they must wear a muzzle and lie at your feet during the journey.

    There are very few restrictions on luggage for TGV INOUI and there is no weight limit. You can bring as many bags as you like, as long as you can transport them yourself. However, it is advisable to travel with bags that are easy to carry and do not obstruct other passengers’ movement around the train.

  • Can you drink alcohol on TGV?

    Yes, you can drink alcohol on most TGV trains. There is a bar on board that serves alcohol, drinks, and snacks. Additionally, you are allowed to bring your own alcohol and enjoy it while admiring the scenery.

  • Can I take bikes on TGV INOUI trains?

    Yes, you can combine a journey by bike and TGV INOUI. Here are the different options for taking your bicycle on TGV INOUI trains:

    Folded bikes: If your bike is folded and does not exceed dimensions of 130 cm x 90 cm, you can take it on board.

    Disassembled bikes: If your bike is disassembled and packed in a case with dimensions no larger than 130 cm x 90 cm, you can take it on board free of charge. No reservation is needed, but the bike must be placed in the luggage area.

    Non-disassembled bikes: If your bike is not disassembled, you can still take it on board, but it must be placed in a specific bike storage area. This requires an additional charge of €10 per bike per journey.

    Note that certain types of bikes, such as tricycles, tandems, and cargo bikes, are not allowed on board. For bikes that cannot be taken on the train, services like Mes Bagages can help transport your bike to your destination.

  • What is the difference between TGV and TGV INOUI?
